TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The promotion runs from June 11, 2026, to July 19, 2026, and is addressed to all users who have an active account on Stanleybet, have verified their phone number, and have verified their identity. 

2. The promotion is divided into daily stages. Each stage ends at 23:59. 

3. Within each daily stage, a user can benefit from one free chance at the “Șutul Zilei”. The daily free chance can only be used on the same day it was granted and expires at 23:59. 

4. The promotion contains 7 prize categories, one of which is non-winning (no prize): 

● 5 lei Free Bet 

● 10 lei Free Bet 

● 25 lei Free Bet 

● 50 lei Free Bet 

● 100% Sport Bonus up to 500 lei 

● 110% Sport Bonus up to 550 lei 

5. Prize distribution is carried out using an automatic and random algorithm. 

6. To be eligible, a user must cumulatively meet the following conditions: 

● Has a validated identity; 

● Has a validated phone number. 

7. Free prizes will be credited immediately to the player's account. 

8. Deposit bonuses will be credited immediately after making the eligible deposit. These are available for 1 day; if they are not claimed within this timeframe, they will expire. 

SPECIFIC RULES – FREE BETS 

9. The bonus must be wagered at least 1x in the Sport and/or Live sections on tickets with minimum odds of 1.50 per selection and 3.00 per ticket. 

10. Bets from the "Mega Cota" offer and those for which the "cashout" option was used do not contribute to the wagering requirements. For system and/or BetBuilder bets, all selections within the ticket must meet the minimum odds condition. 

11. After the events on tickets placed with the Free Bet balance are settled, winnings will be transferred to the real balance, excluding the stake placed from the bonus balance, once all open bets at that moment are completed. 

● The cash-out function is not available for tickets placed using bonus money. 

12. Wagering requirements must be met within a maximum of 2 days from the moment the bonus is received. The maximum amount that can be converted into real money from this bonus as a result of meeting the wagering requirements is 100 lei. 

13. The awarded bonus can be used exclusively in the Sport and/or Live sections for placing sports bets. 

14. Only one "Sport" type bonus can be active in the gaming account. If an active bonus already exists, the newly received bonus will remain pending for a maximum of 2 days, during which the wagering requirements of the existing account bonus can be completed. 

●If the wagering is not completed within 2 days, the bonus will expire. 

15. If there is money in the player's real balance when a bet is placed, the bonus balance will be used first, followed by the real balance. 

16. Placing contradictory bets, as well as unfair gaming practices, will result in the cancellation of the bonus, bets, and any potential winnings. 

17. The player can cancel the active sport bonus by accessing the "Active Bonuses" section and pressing the "Cancel bonus" button. 

SPECIFIC RULES – Sport Bonus 

18. To receive the Bonus, the player must select the promotion from the Deposits section at the time they fund their account. The bonus will be awarded as soon as the deposit into the player's account is completed. 

● In the rare case where the bonus is not automatically allocated after completing the online deposit for this offer, the player must contact the Support department after making the deposit, before spending any funds from the balance. 

● The bonus can only be claimed on the first deposit, on the same day it was awarded.

SPORT bonuses must be wagered at least 5x on minimum odds of 1.50 per selection and a total ticket odds of at least 3.00. Bets from the "Mega Cota" and "Esports" offers, as well as tickets settled using the Cash-Out function, do not contribute to the wagering requirements. The maximum amount that can be converted into real money is 1.500 lei. 

20.Only one "SPORT" type bonus can be active in the gaming account. 

● If a SPORT bonus is already active, the newly received bonus will remain pending for a maximum of 5 days, during which the wagering requirements of the existing account bonus can be completed. If the wagering is not completed within 5 days, the bonus will expire. 

21. Registering a withdrawal request during an active bonus period results in the cancellation of the bonus as well as the winnings obtained from it. 

22. If there is money in the player's real balance when a bet is placed, the real balance will be used first, followed by the bonus balance. 

GENERAL RULES 

23. The player can cancel the active bonus by accessing the "Active Bonuses" section and pressing the "Cancel bonus" button. 

24. Winnings obtained from bonuses are recorded in the bonus balance until the wagering requirements are completed. After completing the wagering, the bonus balance will be transferred to the real balance when there is no other active bonus with wagering requirements, and only if all open rounds at that moment are completed. 

25. If the bonus has been canceled or has expired, the value of the bonus and its associated winnings will be voided. 

26. The offer is valid for a single home address/device/IP address/gaming account. In case of fraudulent activities, the bonus will be canceled, and the company's decision is final. 

27. Stanleybet reserves the right to revoke/block the bonus for users who abuse the bonus system by any means. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, the following conditions: 

● Violation of the terms and conditions in any way; 

● The user deposits only when a bonus is available on their account; 

● The value of the bonuses is greater than the total amount deposited; 

● The user accesses the bonuses and withdraws all minimum deposits that allowed access to the bonuses.
